Collection: Returns Policy

None Sale items purchased online with us can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a exchange or refund.

Please ensure all returns are in perfect condition with original tags attached.  

Returns will need to have the order number and also your name, email address and postal address attached to them for us to process.  

We kindly ask all returns are sent via a Signed For Post Method.  Signed for gives you insurance in case the parcel was to go missing in the postal system and also tracking so you know that the parcel has arrived safely with us.  The responsibility of the parcel remains with the customer until it reaches us as we have no control over what happens in transit to us.  

Once we have received your return we will contact you via email to process your refund/exchange.  

Returns wise - initial shipping charges are none refundable. 

Exchange items - Post will be recharged to send out your exchange to you.
